To ensure your preferred time and service are available, we recommend booking in advance. All Spa treatments and packages will need to be guaranteed with a credit card or room number.
We recommend arriving up to 10 minutes in advance of your treatment in order to out the required paperwork. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction in treatment time.
If you need to cancel a treatment, please do so at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled time. Otherwise a 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled in this timeframe. Please note that late arrival may shorten your treatment time.
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. The spa is a mobile phone and smoke-free zone. Please respect all Spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please ensure to shower before your appointment.
When making your spa reservation, kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, and medical treatments that could affect your treatment.
To use the services at La Mer Spa, guests must be aged 16 years or older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
All prices are quoted in Cayman Island dollars (CI) and are subject to change at any time. A 15% service charge will be added to your bill for all services. The service charge is distributed between the aestheticians who served you during your Spa experience.
Guests are prohibited from bringing any outside food or alcohol into the Spa. Any guest who appears intoxicated will be denied access to the Spa.
